Can you fix my website?

- Yes, certainly we can. However, if what you are trying to repair are your Search Engine rankings, then it is often more cost effective to build you an all new website using the best architecture for Search Engines.

How much does it cost to design a website?

- The cost of a website varies from project to project depending on the features that each client needs. CyberAd Media, Inc. will do a thorough discussion with you to determine what these features are, and what attributes you wish your site to have. Then we will provide you with a comprehensive quote for the work to be done.

How long does it take to build a website?

- Most sites that we develop are full featured, meaning that they are catalogs for company products and services, have a shopping cart for customers to use to make purchases, include inventory control, reporting and take some time to train our clients on how to update their own websites. When clients have all the content ready for their new site, the site can be up and running within two weeks and complete in 6.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an ongoing process. Most projects that include extensive SEO efforts will last 3 to 6 months. While the site will be up and running in 2 to 6 weeks, the SEO portion takes longer.

Where do we start?

- First we do an interview with prospective clients about their needs and desires for their website.

- Sometimes a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed by all parties to protect proprietary information for all involved.

- This is followed by a comprehensive proposal with pricing.

- Often this stimulates clients to add features, and we then adjust pricing accordingly.

- Once project components and pricing is well defined, we generate a contract.

- After the contract is signed, we do the account setup work so that the client receives weekly statements indicating all work done.

- A server will be secured if one does not exist. It is configured for the new website.

- Basic layouts are designed with fully functional features, for the client to choose from, and adjust as needed.

- Preliminary content is imported to test the site functionality.

- Testing and adjusting continues as client input effects the design.

- Once final testing is complete and the client is satisfied with how the site works and looks, we provide training so that they can update their site and fulfill orders.

What if I don't live in your area?

- If you live in the Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo Counties, you are close enough for us to visit your offices, if that is desirable. And we have many clients that do like us to visit with them and present reports to staff. We're happy to do this. However, most of our clients, we never meet face to face. We are able to successfully complete all forms of consultation and website development by communicating with email, phone and fax. Clients are able to see all project efforts online.
